I have never had lutefisk myself but my mom, her brother, and her cousins say that it’s one of the vilest things ever. Their parents used to make it for special occasions, but now it’s banned from all gatherings. Despite all the negative reception, I am actually curious to try it. For now, though, I’ll just join in on their lutefisk jokes.
